Mike Kusch
Owning and operating my own business has always been a goal of mine. I started working on cars over 35 years ago and started my own business shortly after.
Over the years the automotive repair industry has changed greatly, that's why we pride ourselves with constant schooling and latest equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working closely together with my wife Kathy, our goal is to be your automotive repair shop.

My whole life I have known nothing but growing up and working in a family owned business. My parents owned a restaurant and when I married Mike 26 years ago he had been working in the automotive industry and was about to start his own business.
Throughout the years we have been able to grow our business from a one man shop to a 3 service bay operation.
My parents taught us well, treat people the way you want to be treated and they will keep on coming back. Our philosophy is just that simple! "Its our family taking care of yours"

I have been working in the automotive industry for the past 17 years. My backround consists of working for some of the larger dealerships in the Milwaukee area.
Coming to work for Mike and Kathy has given me the opportunity to work in a family owned and operated environment; which allows me to focus more on the customer service end of the business.
What a difference a family owned business makes! Now I have the time to enjoy riding my horses, going out to dinner, and spending time with my husband.

Vinny
Working with automobiles has always been a passion with me. I first started out working on vintage race cars when I was 19 years old. This gave me the opportunity to not only know the in's and out's of working with classic automobiles, but to also, at the end of that part of my career, to run and orchestrate an entire race vintage car team.
This lead me to the next phase of my life (now with a wife and 2 children) to Kusch's Automotive to become a part of a family owned business. I started working in the back as an auto tech and now do the servicing writing. My knowledge of cars and working with people make this a perfect fit for me. I look forward to servicing all of your needs here at Kusch's Automotive

I started working on cars at the age of 14 with my father. My first tech job was in the foreign car industry. After that I was in fleet repair for 28 years. I have taken classes at manufacturing schools for Ford Dodge GM Caterpiller Cummins and Allison to name a few. I continue to take classes to keep up with the advancement of my job. After all these years I still enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of the job.

Joining Kusch's Automotive as a part-time employee 11 years ago in my late 30's I've acquired enough knowledge to become a full time auto tech with unlimited future advancement. Kusch's Automotive allows me to grow with their knowledge and personal well being. They make everyone feel as though they are truly a part of their family.
Nic
Nic wouldn’t tell you this, but we will. He is a Master Technician, having earned his certificate from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Most technicians are much older than Nic when they finally complete this course of study.
In fact, here’s another thing Nic wouldn’t tell you. Earning this certificate typically takes about 8-10 years. Nic got his in three. Nic has a real genius for all things automotive. He is just one of the experienced and knowledgeable resources that serve you when you come to us with your service needs.
When Nic’s not under a car, he’s spending time with his wife and boys. He also likes home improvements and Frisbee golf.

Curt
Curt has been talking to customers about vehicles in one form or another for more than 20 years. He began in new car sales, and eventually found his way into Service, which is where he finds the most satisfaction.
Curt gets great pleasure from working with people and explaining their auto repairs to them. Is he good? He tells us that customers would follow him from one dealership to another, despite the brand of their car. That’s because they felt well served with Curt and they trusted him. He gets to know his customers.
Before he came to Kusch’s, Curt managed a customer service department and trained employees. But he discovered that while he enjoyed training people in service, he missed the direct contact himself.
One of his job responsibilities was to supply parts to Kusch’s. Curt and Mike got to know each other, and Curt respected the way Mike did business and his very personal style of service—one thing led to another.
Next time you’re in, introduce yourself to Curt. He’d love to get to know you.
